Simon Wiesener, born November 1977, finished his studies in civil engineering at the Technical University
of Berlin with a diploma in 2004. After this, he moved to Braunschweig where he was a member of the graduate
college "Interaction of Structure and Fluid" until mid-2008. He worked mainly on hydrodynamic loads in offshore
wind turbines which he calculated with numeric and FEM-software. He joined WINDnovation´s load calculation group in October 2008.
